We collect information required to deliver the dealership management services, including:

  • Account Profile Data: Dealer Admin name, business name, registration details, email address, password hashes, contact number, and showroom logo.
  • Showroom Operations Records: Pre-owned vehicle details, valuation log records (purchases, commission, repair costs), and sequential tax invoices.
  • Customer KYC Data: Name, address, city, pincode, Aadhaar Card numbers, PAN Card numbers, and uploaded verification document images.

2. Storage & Security Measures

Your data security is our top priority. We implement industry-leading technical controls:

  • SQL Injection Protection: All database queries are executed using strict PDO prepared statement abstractions.
  • XSS Prevention: Input rendering is protected using sanitization helpers to block cross-site script executions.
  • Document Protection: Uploaded vehicle photos and customer documents are stored in a secure directory, blocked from public web access, and served only through authenticated tenant isolation checks.
  • Session Protection: Active sessions are secured via secure HTTPOnly and SameSite cookie properties.

3. Data Access & Tenant Isolation

Our platform enforces absolute logical separation of tenant data. Only authenticated users belonging to your specific tenant account can access your showroom information, invoices, stock grids, and reports.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your operational data to third parties. We may disclose data to:

  • Integrated finance partners (such as bank hypothecation modules) specifically requested and authorized by you during sales entries.
  • Law enforcement agencies if required under compliance rules or statutory obligations.
