1. 7-Day Free Trial Program

To ensure that MotoShop meets all your operational requirements before any financial transaction is made, we offer a **7-Day Free Trial** to all new registered showrooms. This trial grants unrestricted access to all features, including:

• Adding vehicles to stock inventory.
• Recording purchase commissions, repair logs, and calculating landed costs.
• Generating sandboxed sequential GST tax invoices.
• Reviewing stock, sales, purchases, and commission reports.

We encourage all prospective subscribers to thoroughly test the application tools during this 7-day trial period.

2. No-Refund Policy for Activated Subscriptions

Once a license subscription plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime Plan) is paid for and activated, **no refunds, partial or full, will be issued**. Subscriptions are considered final and active immediately upon transaction confirmation.

3. Exceptions & Unfulfilled Promises

The only exception to our no-refund policy is if we are **unable to deliver the key platform features and promises** advertised on our official website. If the platform fails to provide the features described on our site and our support engineers are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund.

All refund requests under this exception will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our accounts team.
