To access the dealership services, you must register a dealer account. You agree to:
MotoShop is a multi-tenant platform. We employ robust security measures to isolate showroom databases and tenant documents (KYC files, invoices, vehicle photographs). You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other tenant environments, execute cross-tenant requests, or bypass security rules.
Dealers are solely responsible for all information logged inside their tenant spaces, including customer Aadhaar ID numbers, broker commissions, sales figures, and tax rates. You warrant that all customer KYC documents and vehicle information uploaded conform to local regulations and GST guidelines.
Access to the premium dashboard is granted subject to active license plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime, or Trial tiers). The subscription details, duration validity, and price terms displayed on the platform are final. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with expired licenses or unpaid invoices.
All copyright, trademark, software code, UI designs, and brand collateral associated with the MotoShop SaaS platform belong exclusively to Cybex Innovation. You are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to access the showroom portal for business operations during the duration of your active subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate tenant access immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of security rules, illegal usage of documents, or failure to comply with payment terms.
